오늘은 회사 업무 관령한 줌(화상)회의에 대한 영어를 좀 익혀볼까요^^

 

■회의 안내 및 공지하기 입니다.

 

Let's Zoom at 3 p.m. this Thursday >이번 주 목요일 오후 3시에 줌으로 회의하죠.

Let's Zoom at 10 a.m. on Friday, December 9.> 12월 9일 금요일 오전 10시에 줌으로 회의하죠.

We will be e-meeting at 2 p.m. tomorrow >내일 오후 2시에 화상 회의를 할 거예요.

 

가령 이렇게 말할 수 있어요.

Hello, everyone, We will be e-meeting at 4 p.m.KST tomorrow. The link is below> 안녕하세요 여러분, 내일 오후 4시 한국시간에 화상회의를 합니다. 링크는 아래 있습니다.

 

회의에 참여하려면 아래 링크를 클릭하세요 > Please click on the following link to join the meeting.

회의용 아이디와 비밀번호를 입력하면  회의에 참여할 수 있어요. >You can type in the meeting ID and the password to join the meeting.

 회의 참여가 수락되기 전까지는 대기실에서 기다려야 해요. > You will be in the waiting room before we accept you to join the meeting.

5분에서 10분 일찍 참여해 주세요. 그래야 저희가 음향과 화면 공유를 시험할 수 있습니다. > Please join the meeting 5 to 10 minutes earlier so that we can test the audio and the screen sharing.

줌 회의는 5시 정각에 시작할 테니 늦지 마세요. > The Zoom session will start at five sharp. So don't be late.

달력에 이번 주 목요일 오후 2시 체크해 놓으세요. 줌 회의를 할 겁니다. >Mark your calendar for this Thursday at 2 p.m. We will have a Zoom meeting.

모든 해외 관계자가 이번 회의에 참석하게 됩니다. >All the overseas respresentatives will be attending the meeting.
